Why 3D
A photograph keeps a frame. Memory keeps a volume: the height of the ceiling, the width of the hallway, where the light came in at six in the afternoon. That is the first thing to fade, and it is exactly what a flat image never recorded.
You move through the space and look from wherever you like, not from where the camera stood.
It keeps real proportions and distances. You know how much room that table actually took up.
Nobody redraws your house. Gaussian splatting reconstructs geometry and colour from your real recording.
Where the line is
We do not synthesise voice, we do not write sentences nobody said and we do not simulate conversation. If your capsule carries audio, it is a real recording, the ambient sound of the place, or material your family provided and chose to include. Preserving is not replacing, and that is a line we don't cross.
How it works
The hard part is ours. Your side fits into an afternoon.
You record a short walkthrough on your phone following a two-page guide. If all that's left of that place or that person is a single photograph, since 2026 we can reconstruct from one image too.
We process that material as Gaussian splatting: real volume and colour, with ambient sound if you recorded it. Every capsule goes through a manual review before it ships: we clean up noise, we never invent content.
One link, ready to share or embed. It opens in a phone browser, a laptop browser or a headset. Whoever receives it installs nothing and creates no account.
We hand over the files in open, documented formats. The capsule stays readable even if you change provider, and even if we stop existing.

Only whoever has the link. Capsules are not indexed by search engines and there is no public directory they show up in. You can ask for a password-protected link, and you can ask us to take the hosting down entirely whenever you want.
No. Your material is used to reconstruct your capsule and for nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't pass it to third parties and we don't fold it into training sets.
We hand you the files at delivery, not just a link to our server. A downloaded capsule opens with free and third-party software, so its permanence doesn't depend on us still being here.
Point cloud and splats in standard, documented formats (.ply and .splat), a walkthrough video in MP4 and your untouched original images. All downloadable, with no proprietary encryption.
Any browser with WebGL2: phone, tablet or computer, dragging or pinching to move through the space. Headsets too, Quest 3, Galaxy XR or Apple Vision Pro. In no case is there an app to install.

A phone from the last few years and a few minutes. We send you a two-page guide; if the place is large or the moment can't be repeated, we come to you and we'll need access to the space for an on-site session. Since 2026 we can also reconstruct from a single photograph.
