HealthSim puts the UltraClear Laser and its five treatment modes on a pair of Xreal glasses, so operators and sales reps can learn the device without shipping, borrowing, or taking the physical machine offline. One person presents, the others follow inside the same shared scene. Built in Unity and tested in real use.
How we built a simulator to demonstrate and train on high-cost machinery without having the physical equipment in the room.
Selling and training people on the UltraClear Laser equipment is difficult without having it physically present. Moving high-cost medical devices between locations limits when and where a demonstration or training session can take place.

We built a mixed reality simulator for the UltraClear Laser device and its five treatment modes: CLEAR, CLEAR+, ULTRA, ULTRACLEAR, and LASER-CORING.
The experience uses a presenter-receiver workflow: one person guides the demonstration while the other experiences it firsthand. It features supporting displays, explanatory videos, 3D animations of the device's handpiece, and configuration loops for each mode.

The simulator runs in two modes depending on the available hardware:
This flexibility was a deliberate design choice: not every sales or training environment has access to the same hardware, and the solution needed to perform in both scenarios.

The simulator is already being used by HealthSim for commercial demos and operator training. The solution is production-ready and active in real-world sales and training environments.
If you have a product or equipment that is difficult to demonstrate or train on without having it physically present, mixed reality can change the game.
